3 Day Wild Camping Expedition on the Isle of Mull

Dates 22nd – 24th May 2026
19th – 21st June 2026

Going on expedition really allows you to:

  • immerse yourself in the beauty of the Inner Hebrides. White sand beaches, turquoise water, rocky headlands and an abundance of sea and birdlife are so much more accessible on a 3 day trip.
  • Journeying and camping out under the stars add the dimension of getting away from it all and re-connecting with yourself and nature.

Bendoran Watersports

We are based here, on the Ross of Mull, so we know where all the best camp spots are, what the tide is doing, where is best to go in every weather condition and where the wild life hangs out.

We have great kit – drysuits for the shoulder seasons, new tents and over 25 years of experience leading wild camps.

Highlights of the Ross of Mull

  • Iconic Iona
  • Balfour Bay – the setting to Robert Louis Stevenson Kidnapped
  • Traigh Ghael – white sand heaven
  • Ardtun cliffs – basalt columns as good as Staffa
  • Seals, dolphins, eagles, oyster catchers and otters – maybe!
